Off-road luxury: Introducing the new Rolls-Royce SUV
The Rolls-Royce Cullinan represents a new frontier in the world of luxury cars. Named after the largest diamond ever discovered, the Cullinan combines off-road travel with style and comfort.
The 12-cylinder SUV boasts a top speed of 250km/h (155mph), and gets 100 kilometres per 15 litres of petrol. It’s a true SUV, thanks to its three-box, all-terrain, high-bodied design, giving this vehicle a huge amount of power.
Those fortunate few who have had a chance to test-drive the Cullinan have observed that travelling over rough terrain in the vehicle is a smooth ride, more floating than driving. In this, the Cullinan lives up to the Rolls-Royce promise of absolute comfort, while maintaining performance and efficiency.

For those who might be worried the Cullinan sacrifices internal comfort for the SUV, Rolls-Royce offers bespoke features like the Viewing Suite and the Recreation Module. The interior is clad in sophisticated black leather and sculpted wood, and the Cullinan’s connectivity, GPS and camera systems make it a truly futuristic vehicle.
Staying true to the Cullinan’s promise of "Effortless, Everywhere", Rolls-Royce CEO Torsten Müller-Ötvös says of the luxury SUV that it is the brand’s "answer to the visionaries, adventurers, explorers and those who believe in the supremacy of liberty".
"The launch of a new Rolls-Royce model is always a seminal moment in the luxury industry," he continues. "Today we are setting a new standard by creating a new class of motoring and motor car for customers who are well-connected, highly mobile and have a global perspective."
The price of the Cullinan is yet to be released.
