Earning a Michelin star for its fourth consecutive year, Singapore’s Summer Pavilion serves traditional Cantonese cuisine in a stylish setting. The restaurant also contains six private dining rooms that have a barmoiré equipped with wines, liqueurs and spirits.

The private dining rooms accommodate groups of various sizes ranging from intimate meetings of eight to larger celebrations of up to 30.

Summer Pavilion offers lunch and dinner daily, including dim sum, à la carte and set menus. The restaurant also has a tea salon serving a selection of specialty teas from Tea Bone Zen Mind.

Gattopardo Ristorante di Mare combines "sustainable seafood and the warmth of Italian souls". Enforcing its pledge to a sustainable path, the restaurant no longer offers an a la carte menu; instead, it serves executive set lunch, degustation and omakase menus using natural ingredients, Sicilian produce and sustainable seafood.

Located at a pre-war shophouse in the bustling Tanjong Pagar neighbourhood, Gattopardo changes its degustation menu every fortnight. It includes the likes of salt-baked fish, arancini, Sicilian red prawns, and grilled Hokkaido scallops with cauliflower cream and smoked caviar.

Shang Palace, Shangri-La Singapore

This Cantonese restaurant within the Shangri-La hotel uses traditional techniques with a modern twist. Shang Palace provides a selection of menus including the dim sum executive set with wok-fried prawns; stewed noodle and shredded roasted duck; dim sums; a fruit platter; and Chinese petit fours.

Guests can also choose either the seven- or eight-course set menu. It contains Cantonese favourites such as pan-fried foie gras with gold foil suckling pig; braised lobster with egg noodles; and braised bamboo fungus filled with premium bird’s nest in thick chicken broth.

For meat-free dining, there’s a seven-course vegetarian menu with braised spinach bisque, bird’s nest and snow fungus and the braised bamboo pith filled with seasonal greens.

Situated atop OUE Bayfront on Collyer Quay, VUE serves binchotan-grilled specialities, meaning the produce is cooked on kilned Japanese white oak that burns slower, thus producing no flame or smoke.

The dishes, crafted by Executive Chef Sam Chin, include prime cuts of Wagyu, lamb and chicken, and seafood options such as octopus, swordfish and salmon. The meals are complemented by a vast selection of wines. VUE is also home to Singapore’s first rooftop spritz bar.

Stellar at 1-Altitude, One Raffles Place

Stellar at 1-Altitude, located on level 62, offers a rooftop al fresco dining experience. Guests can take in 360-degree views of Singapore while enjoying the restaurant’s contemporary Australian cuisine.

Stellar at 1-Altitude is the first restaurant in Singapore to raise its own Wagyu cattle at Australia’s premium Wagyu farm located in the Riverina region of New South Wales.

The menu highlights include Sanchoku rump cap with Wagyu-fat potatoes, spring onion and shoyu; smoked eel with charred asparagus, parmesan cream, chives and feta; and the roasted yellow chicken breast with barley, caramelised yogurt, kale, parsnip and smoked jus.

JAAN by Kirk Westaway, Hotel Swissôtel The Stamford

Led by Executive Chef Kirk Westaway, JAAN channels a "rooted passion for natural flavours, reminiscent of his childhood in England". The British-inspired menu showcases the freshest ingredients through simple but beautiful dishes. The 40-seat restaurant on Level 70 at the Swissotel The Stamford has also been awarded one Michelin star.

JAAN features an elegant private dining room for exclusive meetings and a Murano chandelier that spans the length of the restaurant ceiling.

Housed in the beautiful national gallery, Odette is a fine dining destination helmed by Chef-Owner Julien Royer and inspired by his grandmother, Odette. The menu features French cuisine with Asian influences.

The restaurant has received several awards, most notably three Michelin stars, and winning first place in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2019 and 2020.

The restaurant is a popular spot for its executive set lunch option – offering two or three courses. The menu serves fresh seafood and grilled meats and plenty of vegan, vegetarian and keto-friendly options.

Artemis also contains an exclusive room that fits around eight people and a grand private space that can accommodate business-focused events for up to 16 guests.

Additionally, there’s the terrace for outdoor gatherings. The rooftop space also offers panoramic views of Singapore’s famous Marina Bay.
