Citation Longitude headlines Textron Aviation display at LABACE 2018 event

The Cessna Citation Longitude debuted as Textron Aviation’s newest super-midsize business jet.

Ahead of the launch, the company’s Vice President of Sales for Latin America, Middle East and Africa, Lannie O’Bannion said "The Longitude delivers an ideal mission profile for flying regionally or for longer international trips allowing operators to move their businesses forward."

And with a four-passenger range of 6,482 kilometres and full fuel payload of 726 kilograms, the Citation Longitude is capable of travelling nonstop throughout the South American region, making professional trips a breeze.

The business jet is also exceeding passenger expectation by delivering the quietest cabin in its class, with low cabin pressure and stylish custom-made interiors.

Up to 12 passengers can travel in ultimate comfort with the jet’s adaptable seating, which reclines to a horizontal position to ensure one arrives well rested. There is also a walk-in baggage compartment that is accessible throughout the entire flight.

The state-of-the-art cabin technology enables passengers to manage their environment and entertainment from any mobile device, plus high-speed internet access for work or leisure.

Offering a greater range and a higher cruise speed at a lower expected total ownership cost, Textron Aviation designed the Longitude with the longest maintenance intervals in its class with around 18 months expected to make it the most cost-effective aircraft to operate in its category.
