The CEO Magazine: Could you detail the history of Exide Technologies and your history with the company?
Michael: Exide is one of the leading battery manufacturers and its been around for more than 100 years. Its headquarters are in Atlanta, Georgia, in the United States, and its global revenue is approximately $3 billion, of which we are doing $1.6 billion in Europe.
