Padang & Co has created a new model of collaborative open innovation to bring dynamic SMEs, MNCs, start-ups, government, and the community together.

Since the middle of 2012 open innovation company Padang & Co has run 19 hackathons and coLABs, as well as 8 online challenges. The business works to provide its public, private, and people sector partners an ‘open field' to adopt a range of open innovation practices which solve problems and develop new opportunities.

Executive Chairman and Co-founder Adam Lyle attended the Gemstar Technology Singapore Trade Mission (14-18 March 2016) and was interviewed by The CEO Magazine about the purpose behind Padang & Co, his experience in both Australia and Singapore, and how the company is helping to fix real world problems.
